We would like to present a Free Employee Benefit Program to you.  This program is being offered to you with hopes it can help you obtain quality and convenient automotive service.  This program is for all makes and models of cars and light duty trucks.

With this program in place at Dupont Hospital, we will offer a free pick-up and delivery service of your vehicle for service needs while you are at work.  This is a great way to maintain your vehicle without disrupting your schedule.

The program works as follows:

  1. Set up the appointment:  After submitting the ONLINE SERVICE REQUEST FORM, we will contact you to confirm the appointment and make any necessary arrangements for pickup.
  2. Day of appointment:  Valet park your vehicle and leave the completed work order form and your valet ticket with the vehicle.
  3. Vehicle Service: Preferred Auto will pick up your vehicle and work order.  Our advisor will communicate with you during the day on your vehicle's concerns, further information and payment for the repairs.
  4. Obtaining your vehicle:  Upon completion of the auto service, your vehicle will be delivered and parked in the "F" employee outer parking lot, located near the main entrance drive.  Your receipts and paperwork will be placed in your vehicle.  Your keys will be dropped off at the security desk for you to pick up at the end of your shift.
